Can you really see who viewed your facebook profile.?

The users who were on Orkut tend to see who viewed their profiles, which makes user feel there must be a real application on Facebook which will give the same results. But the point is there is no such real application that has come out positive.

Some spam applications like ePrivacy, is been viral on the Facebook for past few days, posting the following message to user’s profiles :
According to Sophos, at least, 60000 people were quick to fall for the trick
This kind of applications can lure anyone, which makes it go viral. So when users allow access to this kind of applications, they get the permission to post spam on you and your friend’s wall. So think before adding any application next time.
If you have been hit by a scam like this, you can remove those applications which you don’t want to access anymore from your Facebook profile –
Go to Account tab> Privacy settings > Applications and Websites (at the bottom left side) > Remove Applications from the list which you think are scam and you don’t need any more.
Also go to Account tab > Account settings > Account security (very good feature) + download your information
Add extra protection to your facebook account through this Account security feature.

it seems some of facebook data from mobile goes plain over the wire. possible eavsdropping and even manipulating our posts.
the HTTPS feature can be enabled for this but still many apps dont support https and these sick app developers wont switch to.
